MISSION

Our mission is to extend outreach, provide exemplary service, and foster community engagement. Through our dedication and commitment, we strive to make a positive impact, enriching lives and strenghtening our community. We promote our mission by:

• Continuing the legacy of Andrew Williams Sr. by encouraging others to serve in their communities. The foundation is located in the Hampton Roads Area. The footprint of the foundation extends assistance to a large population of Vets, Active Duty and Civilians​​

• Creating programs, outreach opportunities, and training endeavors to enhance service learning. Supporting families through scholarships. 

​

• Providing practical and creative outreach to the special needs of Military families in our community. Projects can include, but are not limited to toy, food, back pack, and bicycle drives in urban centers.
